We hope that you're very happy with your purchase but if you would like a refund or exchange for any reason we can offer this up to 30 days after your purchase.
Unfortunately after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery costs, except in the case of a refund for faulty goods, in that case the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
If you are sending an item worth over £20, you should consider using a Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery service which includes compensation in the event of a lost parcel.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you and advise the expected delivery date. If you then wish to cancel the order, we will refund in full to your original method of payment.
